JVA World Challenge- Activity Stations, Be Ready
JVA Virtual World Challenge is about getting the most steps in as a team. We have created different activities to try and win this challenge. Each activity will be supervised by an assigned team coach. Each team will be no bigger than 10 players following the CDC Guidelines. Each activity will take roughly 30 minutes and after the implemented time, teams will rotate and continue a different activity.
First Station JUMP ROPE CIRCUIT WORKOUT:
2 min Jump Ropes
20 squats
1 min Jump Ropes
20 Push-ups
1 min Jump Ropes
20 Lunges
1 min Jump Ropes
1 min Plank
1 min Jump Ropes
20 Crunches
1 min Jump Ropes
20 Squats
2 min Jump Ropes
Second Station OBSTACLE COURSE/RACE:
First, a run-through for everyone- then Team Race for winning team!
2 groups of 5 or 1 vs. 1 depending on the number within the team
Run 25 Meters & Pop Balloon
Quick Feet Ladders
Hermit Crab walk 20 Meters
Resistance Parachute
Third Station NATURE WALK:
A cool-down station where players will enjoy a beautiful trail around the lake and park while light jogging or walking.
Players will be jogging a minimum of 6 feet apart with their team.
Fourth Station COACH VERO’S HIGH-INTENSITY CARDIO
Fifth Station SPEED & AGILITY WORKOUT:
Buttkicks
High Knees
Gazelles
Karaokes
Hamstring Extensions
Lunges
Burpees
Suicides
Remember to download the StepApps Pedometer app, the official app that JVA will be using to determine the winners of the Virtual World Challenge. It is compatible with both iPhone and Android. Make sure your workout clothes have a pocket for your phone or have an arm carrier, fanny pack, etc. where you app is able to count your steps.
We will also be having mini competitions throughout our time together to win different prizes such as gift cards and OOB merchandise. Also, every participant will be receiving an exclusive OOB t-shirt and OOB face mask.
